The Purple Bag (Official SMC branded bag supporting our initiative)

Sew Much Class is proud to unveil our Purple Bag Initiative for bringing awareness to pancreatic cancer, while also providing support and financial assistance to those directly impacted. We chose to coincide our official unveiling with World Pancreatic Cancer Day on November 16, 2023. This cruel disease often goes undetected until there is only limited time remaining to make an aggressive treatment effective. This initiative was founded by Sandy Labby, the Owner of Sew Much Class, stemming from the personal impacts that pancreatic cancer had on her family. As a way for us to express our gratitude for supporting our initiative, we are providing Purple Bag customers with a 20% discount on supplies purchased both in our studio and online for an entire year. You read that correctly! For a total of 365 days from the date of your purple bag purchase, Sew Much Class will extend a special 20% discount on all purchases you make, during the active timeframe, which includes most supplies that we carry on our website or have access to bringing in for special customer orders.

Purple Bag owners will also be given exclusive early notifications for new products and pre-sale items. We are adding lots of new products to our website every day. However, if there is something you are looking for but don’t see, please contact us by phone or email or via the Product Suggestion Form, located towards the bottom of our main SUPPLIES webpage. We would love the opportunity to help locate specific products that you can purchase through Sew Much Class.

If you are interested in purchasing more than one purple bag for you and your friends and family, please contact us directly before completing your purchase online. Each bag you purchase will need to have a separate contact card generated, so the discount can be applied properly, each time a person makes a purchase. Digital gift cards are another option, which will allow you, the customer, to attach a full name and contact information to each gift card, so your recipients can then purchase the Purple Bag on their own.

• The front of the bag features a large black center slip pocket accented by black mesh pockets on either side.
• Dual black 29 1/2" handles are perfect for carrying the bag on your shoulder or by your side.
• The official Sew Much Class Purple Bag includes a special version of our logo with a purple ribbon draped over the sewing machine.

Some exclusions to the 20% discount may apply, including class registrations, PHD days, etc.

Disclaimer:
- The Sew Much Class Purple Bag 20% discount program only applies to purchases made with Sew Much Class. The 20% discount that we offer is not affiliated with any other company or retail store or online e-commerce website.

- If you are purchasing a Purple Bag and have included it in your shopping cart, along with other items, the Purple Bag must be purchased first, as a separate individual transaction. After your Purple Bag purchase has been completed, you will be notified that your new 20% discount has been applied to your account and is ready for use on all qualifying purchases. Your 20% discount will remain active for a total of 365 days from the original date of your Purple Bag purchase.

- At the end of your 365-day discount timeframe, you have the option to add another 20% discount to your account, at any time. When you choose to add this again, simply contact us, directly, via phone or email, and provide your full name on file, your phone number on file, your email address on file, and the original purchase date for your Purple Bag. If you need help locating your original purchase date, we can help you. Once your original purchase date has been located, you will then be given the option to keep your current bag and just purchase another annual 20% discount for $30.00 plus applicable fees, or you can choose to purchase a brand-new bag from our website. There is no guarantee that the brand-new bag will be identical to the bag you originally purchased. This is due to possible newer bag designs, changes in inventory availability, and other potential factors. After your new Purple Bag transaction is complete, your 20% discount will be reapplied to your account, including the new active timeframe of 365 days from your new date of purchase. If you have any problems making qualifying purchases on our website, where the discount is not correctly being applied, please contact us for assistance. We will try our best to get your account fixed, as quickly as possible.

- In the unfortunate event of your Purple Bag being stolen or damaged, please contact us immediately, so we can assist you. We cannot guarantee a free replacement bag for you, due to current inventory levels at the time of your call, however, your account will still reflect the remaining active days of your 20% discount.

- If you choose to give your Purple Bag to someone else AND you also want the new owner to receive your remaining active 20% discount timeframe, please contact Sew Much Class, directly. Until you contact us, the 20% discount will still be associated with the original full name that was submitted at the time the Purple Bag was originally purchased. It is the responsibility of the original owner to contact Sew Much Class, directly, so we can assist with transferring your 20% discount to the new owner. Until then, any purchases that the new bag owner makes will not have the 20% discount applied to any purchases. Any remaining days for your 20% discount can be transferred to another account holder in our system. We are also happy to set up a new account for the new Purple Bag transferee if they do not currently have an account with Sew Much Class. The account information we will need from you is the transferee's full name, their best phone number, and their best email address. We will then need to verify their account by contacting them directly. The remaining active days for your 20% discount will then be applied to their new account. Once the 20% discount has been transferred to the new account holder, the original account associated with the original Purple Bag purchase will no longer have an active 20% discount applied. After the remaining 20% discount expires for the new Purple Bag owner, it will be their responsibility to contact Sew Much Class, to purchase a new 20% discount program. They can also choose to keep their current bag or purchase a new one from our website.

- Sew Much Class LLC (Sew Much Class) is the sole owner of The Purple Bag Initiative. If anyone is found promoting the same Purple Bag initiative, but under a different party, organization, company, individual, or group, etc., whether by posing as an owner, an employee, customer, friend, or family member, etc., we urge you to please contact Sew Much Class, immediately, with any information you have. By no means do we want to restrict the funding that can go towards supporting our very important and personal initiative. But by others, not directly associated with Sew Much Class, trying to actively advertise, sell, and receive money, based on promoting the exact same initiative, whether through similar products, branding, or names, which could also create brand confusion with customers, we, at Sew Much Class, cannot guarantee that any money collected by anyone else, will be used to directly support those affected and impacted by pancreatic cancer. This is why our initiative exists. We work directly with the medical community, to find specific people and families in need of support. Our money goes directly to these people.
