Thank you for choosing SEW MUCH CLASS as your quilting destination!

Class Policies

  1. Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Space is reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. A ‘Wait List’ will be generated should a class session be full. You will be contacted regarding available seating if a spot becomes available.
  2. Supply lists will be emailed at the time of registration. Most classes have samples displayed at our studio.
  3. Class fees are for instruction only and do not include materials for class, unless otherwise stated. If you require specific patterns or notions, we will be happy to order them for you. Please be aware that we have no control over our suppliers’ inventory.
  4. Each person must bring to class an ORIGINAL LEGAL copy of the book, pattern, or design. We wish to abide by copyright laws.
  5. Attendees are required to bring 1) a sewing machine in good working order, 2) machine accessories including power cord, foot pedal, and presser foot, and 3) basic sewing supplies (pins, clips, rotary cutter, cutting mat, scissors, rulers, seam ripper, tweezers, thread, marking pencil, glue stick, etc.) to each class, unless otherwise specified. All attendees should have a basic knowledge of their sewing machine prior to coming to class. This includes changing needles, threading, sewing adjustments, and basic  operation. Please bring your manual if in doubt.
  6. Some classes require pre-class preparation of fabrics. Please have your fabrics cut prior to class so you can enjoy the sewing process and maximize your class time.
  7. Class will start on time. The studio will open 30 minutes prior to class. This will allow you time to bring in your supplies, set up, and be ready to begin.
  8. Despite the most effective use of the allotted class time, you may not complete the entire project. If you require additional assistance, please ask for follow-up help. We will make every effort to assist you.
  9. Please respect others in class by SILENCING YOUR CELL PHONE. If it is necessary to use your phone, please step outside the classroom.
  10. Please leave your work desk space clean upon leaving.
  11. Classes are designed as instructional for attendees. Please avoid bringing your children or your guests to classes. There are no age limits listed on our classes; however, please note that unless a class is specified for children or young adults, enrollment is usually restricted to adults.
  12. Please refrain from wearing heavily fragranced perfumes, colognes, or body washes. Some attendees may suffer from asthma or other health related conditions.
  13. If you bring a drink, please use a container with a lid. You may bring your lunch and place it in our refrigerator. Beverages are available in our refrigerator for purchase.
  14. If there is nothing scheduled in our classroom after your class ends, please feel free to stay and use the space to continue working on your project until the studio closes.

REFUNDS: If you can't attend a course, please cancel at least one week in advance. A store credit will be issued ONLY if you cancel at least seven (7) days before the course. Cancellations within a week of the course will NOT receive a store credit, though you may send a friend in your place.
